I’ve been to wild and wondrous places. I’ve eaten glorious and gory foods.
I’m a moody foodie with a heart for food and legs for journey. I have a bucket list with a matching buffet list.
After 24 years of summiting mighty mountains, surfing westward coastlines, camping in the Wild West, stomaching sketchy seafood and battling language barriers, I’ve learned the truth of travel—an adventure only is as good as the food you eat along the way.
In pursuit of wanting to get gnarly without feeling gnarly, I’ve learned to appreciate food beyond its ability to provide instant fulfilling pleasure. I’ve discovered food’s inherent ability to enable me to do what I love. Food powers my adventures and I want it to power yours too.
